A date is context, not proof
“As of today” is useful context. It is not evidence by itself.
Before publishing a project fact, check three things:
• Does an official source support the statement? • Are the plan, version, or other conditions clear? • Does the as-of date match what you actually checked?
Recheck the statement when those conditions change. This is a writing practice, not a claim that ORFA automatically updates published facts.
ORFA creates a public Source for one verifiable official fact, with its own URL and publication date. Publication is not independent verification and does not guarantee exposure, ranking, citation, or training inclusion in any AI system.
